Beth Scholer, Principal of Caregivers Kitchen, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Nutrition.
With 15 years of professional experience to her credit, Ms. Scholer has excelled as the principal of Caregivers Kitchen since 2009 and as a culinary consultant and instructor from 2009 to 2012. Prior to these roles, she served as a research application kitchen manager with Enodis from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in her career, she worked as a laboratory teaching coordinator with Purdue University from 2004 to 2006. Moreover, Ms. Scholer is a member of the American Culinary Federation and the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals.
Ms. Scholer initially pursued an education with Purdue University, from which she obtained a Bachelor of Science in food science in 2004. She continued her studies with Ivy Tech Community College, earning an Associate of Applied Science in hospitality management and culinary arts in 2008. For her contributions to the field, Ms. Scholer was recognized as a New Venture Champion by Ivy Tech Community College and a Distinguished Alumni by Ivy Tech Northeast.
