Giovanni Gonzalez, Broker and Owner at GioHomes Real Estate, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements and leadership in real estate.
Having a strong background in accounting and finance, Mr. Gonzalez has been the owner and a principal broker at GioHomes Real Estates in Mamaroneck, New York, since 2006. He began his professional career as a financial and insurance sales representative for Prudential Financial Services in Purchase, New York, in 1993, remaining in this position for three years before becoming an investments consultant for the Costa Rican Board of Investments from 1997 to 2000. Moving to White Plains, New York, he became a marketing and sales consultant for Metal Finishing Products, Inc., from 2000 to 2002 and an associated broker for American Classic Homes from 2003 to 2006. Prior to the start of his career, Mr. Gonzalez pursued a formal education at the University of Costa Rica in San Jose, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986 and a Master of Business Administration in accounting and finance in 1989. He then attended the University of Miami’s Patti and Allan Herbert Business School, where he attained an additional Master of Business Administration in 1998.
Outside of his primary trade, Mr. Gonzalez is affiliated with many organizations related to his field. He maintains involvement with the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the New York Association of Realtors, the Political and Legal Issues Council and the Westchester County Board of Realtors. A Five-Star Real Estate Agent for 10 consecutive years, the highlight of his career has been staying true to his desire to always try to do what is best for others. He makes sure every person that deals with him has a positive experience and makes a well-informed decision. He also makes sure they take extreme measures to make sure the investment is a sound investment, and that they will be happy with their decision. Moving forward, Mr. Gonzalez would like to grow his business, but he would like to keep his business reasonably small with no larger than 10 agents. He wishes to be a fixture in the community and treat them as family, rather than have a large wide-scale business.
