Mr. Giudice became involved in his profession because he was influenced by his mother who was a great chef and baker. While he is a chemical engineer by trade, honoring his mother’s legacy and his heritage called him to open his establishment, La Dolci Mania in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Prior to this endeavor, Mr. Giudice worked for a number of years in chemical engineering. He prepared to work in this respect by earning a Master of Science in chemical engineering from the Politecnico Di Torino in Turin, Italy in 1996. Through this part of his career, he leveraged his skills and expertise in a number of operations. One of his most recent positions included serving as an ABO Field Offshore Operations Manager for ENI Exploration & Production Oil & Gas Division of the NAE Nigeria Agip Exploration with Nigerian Agip Exploration Ltd. and Abo FPSO Offshore Field.
With the leadership experience he garnered during his time as an engineer, Mr. Giudice is able to lead his restaurant with precision and attention to quality. He focuses on using quality ingredients and honors the family recipes passed on to him from his agrarian family. As a restaurant owner, Mr. Giudice attributes his success to just being a good person, constantly making people happy. He feels that the most important thing is to enjoy life and view it as a gift. In his line of work, he gets to bring people together, which lives up to his motto of, “we don’t have long to enjoy life, so we should enjoy it together….”
