Backed by his considerable expertise, Mr. Rahenkamp established Creigh Rahenkamp & Associates LLC in 1998. His responsibilities include solving problems related to land use, working with landowners and developers to obtain appropriate zoning for their property, and securing project approvals. Additionally, he has worked alongside the government to zoning laws and has served as an expert witness and litigation.  Earlier in his career, he served as the group director of planning, economics, and market assessment for John Rahenkamp Consultants Inc., with which he remained between 1980 and 1995. Subsequently, Mr. Rahenkamp served for two years as the director of planning services for BartonPartners Architects Planners.

Prior to the start of his illustrious career, Mr. Rahenkamp earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982. Subsequently, he completed coursework in real estate development at the School of Continuing Studies at Georgetown University, where he has been taking classes since 2017.

In a career filled with highlights, Mr. Rahenkamp is especially proud of being inducted into the New Jersey Builders Association Hall of Fame in 2007 and receiving the Stewart R. Mack Award from the New Jersey chapter of the American Planning Association in 2019. To remain aware of changes in the field, he maintains affiliation with the Builders League of South Jersey, the New Jersey Builders Association, the National Association of Home Builders, the Urban Land Institute and the American Planning Association. In the coming years, Mr. Rahenkamp aims to achieve reasonable zoning and land use, as well as experience the continued success of his career.
