Encouraged to further his family’s legacy, he officially began his career in agriculture at the age of 14. Throughout his high school enrollment, Mr. Steele remained certain of the farming profession, as he already garnered his own equipment and a plan of operation.

Since 2012, Mr. Steele has flourished as the owner of Steele Hay and Baler Service and Born 2 Farm in Stinnett, Texas. Distinguished in the industry for owning and operating the world’s largest round baler, a lawn mower-like contraption, he is also responsible for ensuring the functionality of all equipment, meeting with clientele and answering phone calls. Mr. Steele cites the aforementioned round baler as his most notable career achievement. 

Alongside this agricultural endeavor, Mr. Steele is also noted as the co-owner of Favor 5 Ag Innovations with his wife, Rebekah. Favor 5 Ag Innovations is dedicated to selling top-tier farming equipment, as well as helping reduce the difficulty their clients may have previously experienced in purchasing the right equipment utilizing a unique financing plan. Mr. Steele lives by the creed, “We live in circumstances that we create but God allows us to be in places for better judgment.”

Mr. Steele attributes his vast professional success to submitting himself to learning something better to advance and propel himself forward. He is committed to doing anything necessary to be his best, as he does not give up on a task easily. Looking toward the future, he intends to implement plans that utilize larger equipment and build up to 10 new machines. When he is not working, he dedicates his quality time to his five children: Charlotte, Elizabeth, Edythe, Abigail and Titus. Furthermore, Mr. Steele’s sixth child is due in 2021.
