Building off of earlier experience, he was an estimator and production manager for All Seasons Roofing & Waterproofing between 2015 and 2018 and an estimator and project manager for Aire Sheet Metal Inc. in 2011 and 2012. Dedicating 20 years to Alcal-Arcade Contracting Inc., he served in various roles such as driver, journeymen roofer, superintendent and estimator. Mr. Orosco commenced his career with Pacific Supply Company Roofing Materials in 1986 as a yardsmen, teamster helper and teamster driver.

Reflecting on his career thus far, Mr. Orosco attributes his success to being honest, truthful and blunt. In the coming years, he hopes to enjoy the continued success of his company, while also giving back to the Latino community. The advice that Mr. Orosco can offer others aspiring to enter the roofing business is to be a hard worker, absorb all the information given as you can, take good notes and then create your own point of view. He adds, you may fall down but it is all about how you get up again.
