Prior to his current endeavor, Mr. Giesel excelled as the general manager of Koehn Construction for 14 years and with Kropf Lumber Yard for 15 years.

Mr. Giesel first got involved working in the lumberyard industry when he was in the eighth grade alongside his father. His father taught him how to work, the value of work of hard work and earning the satisfaction of a job well done. Likewise, he also taught him how to see a long-range project, as well as how to accurately offer quotes and not go back on price due to a mistake. Getting to learn every aspect of the business, Mr. Giesel eventually went on to become a sales representative. When Mr. Koehn offered him a job in construction, he found his niche and has since exhibited an exceptional four decade-long career building and selling homes.

Over the years, Mr. Giesel has exponentially grown in skill and confidence, for which he thanks his clients for trusting him to build the homes of their dreams. Looking ahead, he hopes to experience the continued growth and success of his construction company before commencing his retirement. He hopes one of his sons will take over the business so that he can focus on voluntary service on a part-time basis. To remain abreast of his industry, Mr. Giesel maintains affiliation with the Wichita Area Builders Association.
