Alongside her primary positions, Ms. Costello is dedicated to her charity work, as she has fed more than 40,000 children with free lunch and breakfast through the Kimberly Tauer Foundation, of which she is the founder. Likewise, she works with Family of Hope Ministries in feeding more than 6,000 families and volunteers with underprivileged children during the holidays. Most recently, Ms. Costello’s charitable efforts were recognized by the radio station Cat Country 98.7 FM in 2020.
Ms. Costello attributes her success to faith, God and her family. She notes that she relies on God and her faith in order to help her get through her challenges, especially during the time her husband went through an accident. During that time, she learned about real estate in order to support herself, in which she continues to operate as the owner of several rental properties. In five years’ time, Mrs. Costello aims to have three more shops and to continue running her foundation.
