While attending the University of South Carolina for his undergraduate degree, Mr. Kadar secured employment with the Hyatt Hotels Corporation in order to financially sustain himself. Serving as an expediter for the hotel chain from 1999 to 2001, he subsequently moved on to Marriott International as a restaurant supervisor between 2001 and 2005. During his early experiences in hotel management and hospitality, Mr. Kadar developed a deep passion for the profession. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in hotel, restaurant and tourism management in 2004.
In 2005, Mr. Kadar joined Phillys Café & Deli as a manager, where he worked for one year. After a brief stint as an installer at InnA/Vation between 2006 and 2008, he returned to Phillys Café & Deli, where he discussed expanding the location to the business owner. Since 2008, Mr. Kadar has served Phillys Café & Deli as owner and partner. During his tenure with the acclaimed restaurant, which is located in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, he notably increased its revenue and has turned it into the successful restaurant it is recognized as today. Looking toward the future of the business, Mr. Kadar intends to open new locations and possibly franchise the restaurant.
Mr. Kadar attributes his success to hard work and dedication, as well as his natural affinity for serving others. He enjoys witnessing his customers enjoy his food, and notes that he and his staff provide excellent customer service. In his spare time, Mr. Kadar has served as a caterer for the North American Tennis Tournament Special Olympics. As a testament to his success, he received a Certificate of Excellence for his remarkable strides in company supervision.
