Having embarked upon his career in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher at the age of 12, Mr. Egan worked at the Pioneer Lodge Hotel and Restaurant in Utah, where he worked for four years as an apprentice. During this time, he also worked for executive chef Mark Soper Sr. of the American Culinary Federation, who taught him the basics and helped him network with other professionals for his entry into the field as a professional chef. During the earliest stages of his career, Mr. Egan worked at the Riverdale Lodge High Steak House and Field and Stream Gourmet Restaurant. He went on to work as an executive sous chef at the University Park Hotel and saucier cook at the Peppermill Casino before serving as a cultivator of professional competitive recipe online games, which he continues to manage every six months. From this opportunity, Mr. Egan is now the owner of Super Chef 454 Cooking Contests, which is based in Minot, North Dakota.
To remain aware of developments in his industry, Mr. Egan maintains his affiliation with the American Culinary Exhibitors Republic Association and Philippines Institute. In accounting for his standout success, he credits the influence of his family, as well as early educational experiences, through which he benefited from the support of several wonderful teachers. In addition to his primary role, Mr. Egan is a co-investor in IMDb films, cinergy films and a creative artists agency to promote actors, actresses and musicians. Looking toward the future, he aims to expand the scope of his recipe contest.
