Mr. Cao initially became involved in his profession after having sold clothing and worked in the restaurant industry. However, neither of these vocations captured his attention for very long. Having performed extensive home renovations alongside his father, which primarily involved cabinetwork, they resolved to go into business together. Among his many career accomplishments, Mr. Cao is most proud to have served on behalf of the many homeowners of Hawaii and to have earned their trust.

Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Cao undertook coursework at Honolulu Community College. Looking toward the future, he aspires to continue expanding the scope of his current business ventures and offer more choices for his customers. Outside of his career endeavors, Mr. Cao enjoys such diversions as exercising and playing golf.
