Beginning in 2017, Mr. Zurbrigen has established himself as the chief executive officer of Euro-Wall Systems, LLC. As a manufacturing leader of architectural impact doors and windows, he and his team design and manufacture fenestration products for both commercial and residential applications. He is proud to lead a small-mid cap size company with over 75 employees. Throughout his career, Mr. Zurbrigen has been the recipient of various awards and accolades for his accomplishments within the company, including the Community Leadership Award, the Entrepreneur of the Year Award and recognition as a Top Company to Watch. He has based his company’s growth and success around his ability to uphold two pillars that are important to him: respect for others and continuous self-improvement.
Mr. Zurbrigen earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international relations from the University of Minnesota in 1995. Throughout his childhood, he was a target of ridicule from his peers due to his stutter, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and various other ailments. Despite his hardships, he continued to demonstrate his desire to help others through AIDS research and community outreach. He concurrently managed his personal diagnoses, and vowed to bring balance to his life.
Today, Mr. Zurbrigen aims to forge the pathway for others to experience the joy that comes from helping community members. He actively contributes to the Charlotte County Homeless Coalition and regularly serves meals at his local soup kitchen. As a certified scuba diver, he sponsors the organization Live Like Jake to raise awareness for drowning prevention through swim lesson scholarships. Additionally, as a principal of Aviation Services PGD and a certified pilot, he has donated aircraft to local schools and the TSA for expansion at the Punta Gorda Airport. Moreover, through Euro-Wall Systems, LLC, he regularly provides opportunities and financial support to the Port Charlotte community.
