Before starting on his career path, he earned an Associate of Arts in business administration from Elgin Community College. Upon completion of his degree, he became an accredited senior appraiser. Mr. Felvey attributes his success to hard work and dedication. Also to his belief that respecting people will get you much further in life.
Since 1993, Mr. Felvey has been the president of HF Appraisal Limited. Recently, he also became the owner and national director of business development at Accurity Valuation LLC, where he has been since 2018. Civically, he is the president of Goodfellows of Genoa Kingston, Illinois and president of the Illinois Coalition of Appraisers.
As a testament to his success, Mr. Felvey was named Outstanding Service and Contributions from the ICAP. He has also been inducted as a member of the Illinois Coalition of Appraisers. Looking towards the future, he hopes to double the size of his firm. He also wants to become a key national player with Accurity Valuation LLC.
