Dedicated to providing an excellent Mediterranean dining experience to Las Vegas, Mr. Davey is committed to continuing the traditions set in motion by founder Frank Hedary. On a typical 15 hour day, not only does he cook, but he handpicks all of the produce. Moreover, he is tasked with designing the eclectic menu of Mediterranean food. While working with Frank Hedary, who sold the business to the Davey family in 2013, Mr. Davey was taught his original recipes and food preparation techniques. Today, he is gratified to offer a wide selection of foods to satisfy both meat lovers and vegetarians.
A long-time staple in the Las Vegas community, Mr. Davey is proud to serve the foods his community has grown to crave and love. Devoted to giving back, he is a regular participant in Medical Mondays in an effort to supply meals to hospitals. Additionally, he is honored to have been published four times in 2020. He attributes his success to his employees, many of which have been present since the beginning. Looking toward the future, he aims to take on a role in consulting in order to help restaurants get their feet off the ground.
