Renowned for her famous bagels, signature sandwiches, cream cheese spreads along with wraps, coffees, lattes and blended coffee drinks, Ms. Daniels has dedicated her career to creating the “best bagels on the planet.” As the manager and owner of Bagels and Beyond, she is responsible for all managerial duties, including creating new menu items and overseeing the staff. Since the establishment of Bagels and Beyond nine years ago, she is gratified to have celebrated a 30% increase in business and sales. Furthermore, during the COVID-19 pandemic, sales continued to increase by 50%. Because of the business’s drive-through and ease of ordering and pick-up systems, she enjoyed continued success during the hardest-hitting portions of the crisis.
Fueled by personal tragedy, Ms. Daniels and her husband were inspired to invest in the bagel business in 2013. She has put her heart and soul into her work, and to her credit, Bagels & Beyond received the TripAdvisor Award, a Best Foodie Award, and was top-rated in American cuisine on seven different occasions. Outside of her business duties, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her seven children and 15 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, camping, horseback riding, and outdoor activities. Looking toward the future, she aims to continue providing quality food items to her loyal customers and the local community.
