An elevated and unique property with unobstructed views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, View Point at Buckhorn Creek is located only 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. Situated on 35 acres, it features a koi pond with a timber frame pond house, a timber frame pavilion with a rock fireplace, and a large patio with a brick fireplace shaded by a treetop canopy. A large fire pit sits beside the covered cook area complete with a charcoal grill, wet bar, and propane burner.
Reflecting on his career thus far, Mr. Garrett attributes his success to caring about the clients that rent his venue. He finds great joy in simply being there for them, answering questions and working with them to have the best experience that they can have. To remain abreast of his industry, he holds membership with the Koi and Garden Water Association. Looking toward the future, Mr. Garrett would like to hand over the business to his three children, Jason, Megan, and Justin, while he works part-time and travels. In the meantime, he plans to continue living and working by his motto, “Have integrity and do the best you can to make it the best day for the folks there.”
