Ms. Vermillion was one of the first instructors to adapt the Healthy Steps program for use in aqua settings, and she is a Chronic Disease Self-Management Master Trainer and the facilitator of several peer support groups for persons with dementia and lymphedema. A strong believer in the idea that “life is good at any age,” Ms. Vermillion hopes to continue her work teaching and counseling others and empowering others to continue living their best lives.
