First opened by his father in 1955 in an unused barn, the company continued to expand, and Mr. Eberlin joined his father in business in 1972. More than two decades later, Mr. Eberlin and his wife assumed the reins of the dealership in 1999.
Eberlin Boats and Motors is known for competitive pricing and a foundation of strong customer service, and carries boats from manufacturers including from Lowe Boats, Ranger Boats, War Eagle Boats, Yamaha, Mercury and Alweld Jet Boats. As owner of the dealership, Mr. Eberlin focuses his efforts on inventory management, price analysis, supply management and web design. Eberlin Boats was recognized as the Best Boat Dealer by Missouri Life Awards in 2020 and received a CSI Dealer Award for Ranger Boats from the National Marine Manufacturers Association in 2020.
Mr. Eberlin credits his success to the amount of time and effort he has invested into growing his business and to love and support of his wife of more than 30 years, Patty. Looking toward the future, Mr. Eberlin hopes to begin transitioning the business to his employees as he prepares to retire.
