Inspired by his mother, a professional baker, and a “leap of faith,” Mr. Hambartsoumian opened Cream Espresso Bar & Bakery in 2019.
Specializing in Armenian pastries, Cream Espresso Bar & Bakery has become a well-known and loved staple in the community for its traditional flavors and family recipes. Mr. Hambartsoumian attributes his success to his strong work ethic and hard work, and he frequently operates the shop himself seven days a week. Looking toward the future, he aspires to open another location and has many new recipes and ideas to add to the menu.
