Recently, Mr. Seiter and his team have provided services for the Town of Queen Creek, Lehi Elementary School, Bump Fitness Club, Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, and Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead.
Mr. Seiter is proud to be a 3rd generation owner of his family’s business. His grandfather, a German immigrant, established a residential store in Salt Lake City upon relocating to the United States. Because his father suffered from color-blindness, he ultimately decided to pursue commercial work. As a result, he established Sun Country Floors, Inc. from a spare bedroom in his home. Over 40 years of business, the company has expanded to become the Number One Commercial Flooring Contractor in Arizona.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Seiter has maintained professional affiliations with the Flooring Contractors Association, the Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association, the International Association of Concrete Repair Specialists and Starnet Worldwide. In his free time, he enjoys traveling the world and fishing on the Colorado River. Mr. Seiter attributes his success to his honesty and integrity, and hopes to eventually pass along business operations to an employee who currently works for the company while focusing on consulting in his retirement.
