Jonathan Noel, owner of Refrigeration Solutions, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in commercial cooling and refrigeration.
Mr. Noel is the owner of Refrigeration Solutions, a provider of commercial and industrial-scale refrigeration products and services since 2019. Born in Spain and raised in Australia, a young Mr. Noel found his love for hands-on work at a young age while working with his father, a builder. He earned an associate degree from TAFE New South Wales in 2001, and began working in cooling and refrigeration as an HVAC tech for York Air Conditioning and a refrigeration specialist for Alliance Refrigeration.
In 1997, Mr. Noel started Austral Refrigeration, and in 2019, he moved to the United States where he established Refrigeration Solutions. He holds a South Carolina commercial and mechanical contractor’s license and remains responsible for onsite work and employee training in addition to managing cash flow and financial functions for the company. He emphasizes that “success is giving it 100% of the time, all the time,” and considers the growth of his company and the opportunities it has afforded his family to be his greatest successes. In his free time, Mr. Noel enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors.
