A former defense attorney, Mr. Gladstein has excelled as the owner of Gladstein Law Firm, PLLC since 2011, where he specializes in medical malpractice. From watching his father excel as a physician, he came to understand the medical field well even though he is not a physician and has found great success over the past decade. Notably, Mr. Gladstein has been named a Kentucky Super Lawyer by Thomson West since 2016, as well as a Kentucky Super Lawyer Rising Star and an AV-Preeminent Rated Lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell in 2013. Attributing his success to his work ethic, he gained initial experience as an attorney with Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC from 2005 to 2011 and as an associate attorney at Kopff Nardelli & Dopf LLP from 2001 to 2004.
In addition to his primary role, Mr. Gladstein has served as president of the Louisville Bar Association since 2021, having previously served as vice president and a board member. He has also sat on the board of governors of the Kentucky Justice Association and the board of directors of the Louisville Bar Foundation. Civically, he was a board member of the Jewish Community of Lousiville, who granted him the Joseph J. Kaplan Young Leadership Award in 2012 and a Young Leadership Award in 2011. To remain abreast of his field, he holds membership with the Kentucky Bar Association and the American Association for Justice and has hopes to expand his firm in terms of cases and associates in the coming years. Mr. Gladstein earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from the University of Michigan in 1997 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001.
