Eli Golemi, Business Owner at Cafe Bella, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in restaurant management.
Originally hailing from Albania and holding degrees in economy and business, Ms. Golemi immigrated to the United States in 1999, desiring better opportunities for her daughter. Neither Ms. Golemi nor her husband spoke English, but she picked it up interacting with customers at Café Bella in Fort Worth, where she had taken a job as a waitress in 2000. Eleven years later, she became the restaurant’s co-owner and manager.
Ms. Golemi has infused the menu at Café Bella with secret spices and sauces that have been passed down from generation to generation in her family. Of Greek descent, she learned the art of cooking at a very early age through lessons from both her mother and aunt. Her extensive travels to Greece, England, Germany and Italy have contributed greatly to her cooking styles and recipes. Café Bella has earned two Best of Fort Worth awards from Fort Worth Magazine, as well as Best Italian restaurant and Best Flower Garden. Specializing in Italian dishes, Café Bella features brick oven pizza, salmon piccata, lobster ravioli and chicken Barese.
Attributing her success to the love she has for her business, her job and her customers, Ms. Golemi takes great pride in having the best customers and does everything with all of her heart to return the favor. She treats them like family or guests, providing them with the best Italian food and ensuring that they thoroughly enjoy their dining experience at her establishment. In the coming years, Ms. Golemi’s plan for Cafe Bella is to make it a well-known restaurant all over the world.
