During her research, she learned that over 1.5 million women had been in homes for unwed mothers in the United States. Ms. Hogan cites the publication of her novel as a career highlight, having written fiction for nearly 20 years. She aspires to conduct many more launches of future books that will hopefully be on bestseller lists.
