Mr. Arnold has excelled as a real estate broker for over three decades. Since 2006, he has prospered as owner and chief broker with 3A Enterprises in Baltimore, a consulting firm specializing in renovation, home improvements and Americans with Disabilities Act compliance issues. His area of expertise has been in valuating properties and he has executed appraisals in federal and appeals court, as well as state courts associated with the Internal Revenue Service and security.
As a commissioner with the Mayor’s Commission on Disabilities in Baltimore from 2003 to 2008, Mr. Arnold assisted in bringing all city polling sites in compliance with federal accessibility standards and produced first statewide “Emergency Preparedness” seminar/program for the disabled and their providers. Blind since birth, Mr. Arnold has striven to be of aid to persons with disabilities throughout his career. He has served on Governor’s committee on the employment of people with disabilities and has been a consultant in the enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Help America Vote Act. An excellent athlete, Mr. Arnold swam across the Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point State Park to Metapeake for a charity event in 1978.
Mr. Arnold attributes his success to parental upbringing and education. As a career highlight, he is most gratified to be able to assist in finding disabled clients to attain affordable housing.
