Maurício Fracon, Co-Owner of Kiddie Academy, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in school management.
Since 2014, Mr. Fracon has co-owned and operated Kiddie Academy franchises including those in Apopka, Clermont, Hunters Creek, Orlando-Conway, Oviedo, and Winter Park, Florida and Carmel-Westfield, Indiana, with three more expected to open in Colorado. The Kiddie Academy organization is a specialized system for the development and operation of year-round childcare centers that offer academic and social enrichment, as well as education-based childcare services, and operates a specially designed educational facility offering programs for children between six weeks and 12 years of age. He co-owns the franchises with the A15 Group, named for the number of franchises the group eventually intends to operate. Mr. Fracon’s responsibilities include overseeing operations and working with the chief operations officer, chief financial officer, the directors, and all other personnel.
Mr. Fracon is a graduate of Universidade de Sao Paulo, Brazil, and worked as an educator in schools in Brazil for more than 40 years, assisting in the development of more than 80 schools. Believing in prioritizing education as an instrument to achieving a better world, he formed the A15 Group with five other like-minded Brazilian educators. In 2020, the group received the American Dream Award given by Multi-Unit Franchisee Magazine, recognizing franchisees who have achieved remarkable success in their new country.
Mr. Fracon became involved in his profession because education is very important to him and it has been his greatest goal to make education better. In the coming years, he intends to assist in opening and operating additional Kiddie Academy franchises.
