Gordana Z. Traycoff, Owner of Mediterranean Natural Fresh, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in restaurant ownership.

Ms. Traycoff is an entrepreneur, nutrition coach, and cookbook author who has been the owner of Mediterranean Natural Fresh since 2017. Inspired by memories of her childhood in Macedonia, Ms. Traycoff is an advocate for the Mediterranean lifestyle and whole-food way of eating, in which you eat three meals and two snacks each day comprised of the foods that nourish your body, mind, and soul. She has published “Mediterranean Natural Fresh: And Never Diet Again,” a cookbook of Mediterranean-inspired recipes available digitally, and offers individual coaching services to clients seeking to lose weight and increase their overall wellness.

In addition to her coaching practice, Ms. Traycoff has opened restaurants and coffee shops on college campuses and considers her restaurant businesses to be key to helping spread awareness of the Mediterranean way of eating’s impact. Explaining that offering delicious, healthy food is central to helping others change their diet, Ms. Traycoff hopes to expose young adults to healthy lifestyles at a pivotal stage in their lives to better create a clear path to achieving their goals. She credits her success to word-of-mouth marketing and the confidence that she has gained from seeing her clients make major lifestyle changes.

Ms. Traycoff holds a Master of Business Administration and is active in her local Chamber of Commerce and Toastmasters chapter. She supports local projects benefiting pediatric cancer patients and women’s shelters and has worked with area nursing homes to provide art therapy services. In her personal time, Ms. Traycoff enjoys photography, painting, and spending time with friends.
