Since 2017, Ms. Von Antwerp has flourished as the owner of Integral Travel, an agency offering mindful international adventures in a group travel format, with the goal of facilitating deep personal growth, expanding global awareness and building meaningful relationships through immersive cultural experiences. She has additionally excelled since 2009 as a shiatsu practitioner and massage therapist, evaluating and educating clients in the relationship between their bodies, minds, and spirits and addressing internal energetic imbalances through physical bodywork.
From 2010 to 2019, Ms. Van Antwerp provided superior service as an instructor and a member of the board of directors with HeartMind Bodywork, a 370-hour Shiatsu training program, and from 2016 to 2020 as secretary of the board of directors of the American Organization of Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA), a non-profit professional membership organization dedicated to the Asian bodywork profession.
Ms. Van Antwerp, who has earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, has obtained certifications in shiatsu training from HeartMind Bodywork, in yoga teaching from CorePower Yoga Teacher Training, in massage therapy and therapeutic massage from the Healing Spirits Massage Training Program, as a shiatsu practitioner from the American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia, and she is a certified massage therapist in the state of Colorado.
Ms. Van Antwerp considers her career highlight is her profile in Inc. Magazine in 2019. Her goal for the next five to 10 years is to start a podcast to be able to reach a broader audience with messages of how to take care of oneself and how to overcome the stresses in life. Ms. Van Antwerp wishes to help more people heal their hearts and regain some vitality in their daiy lives.
