Jeanne Cousino, Realtor at HER Realtors, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in property sales.
Since 1995, Ms. Cousino has excelled as a licensed realtor in the Columbus area for HER Realtors, a premier real estate firm serving Ohio and Kentucky, where she has garnered the Five Star Award, which recognizes service professionals who provide quality services to their clients, for seven consecutive years. In addition, she is ranked in the top seven percent of realtors in Ohio and is designated as a Senior Real Estate Expert (SRES). Ms. Cousino has achieved more than $150 million in sales and has been recognized in the $1 million, $5 million, $10 million and $25 million club among Columbus realtors.
Ms. Cousino obtained a Bachelor of Science in marketing and finance from Ohio State University in 1973 and prospered from 1980 to 1991 with Borden, Inc. as a financial analyst for the company’s chemical and grocery divisions. Her professional memberships include the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Dublin Chamber of Commerce and she has served as president of the Greater Dublin Realty Association.
With a long history of being involved in my community, Ms. Cousino has volunteered in local schools, served as president of Pleasure Guild (supporting Nationwide Children’s Hospital), is a past member of the Junior League, and a graduate of Leadership Dublin. She currently serves as president of My Neighborhood’s Master Homeowners’ Association and volunteers at The Bridge, an organization offering mental health and substance abuse treatment, and with various other organizations.
Ms. Cousino attributes her success to her love of business, analytical skills and pride in helping others. In the coming years she intends to begin training others in real estate, desiring new agents to appreciate that “real estate is about relationships,” helping others and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
