Prior to starting Dynasty Financial Consulting, Ms. Mitchell prospered as a loan officer at P&R Mortgage Services, Inc. and as a portfolio control manager at GE Capital. Her experience also includes director of training and development at NAFS (Sitel Corporation) which allowed her to train and develop middle management through CEO and CFO Levels.

Ms. Mitchell obtained a Bachelor of Science in administration and finance from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio in 1987. She holds a loan originator license from the Department of Banking And Finance and a mortgage banker license from the National Mortgage License Registry. Her professional memberships include the National Association of Mortgage Bankers and the National Coalition Of 100 Black Women.

Ms. Mitchell attributes her success to eating right and staying healthy, as well as her strong faith, as well as the tutelage of her mentor Robert Dawson, who encouraged her and taught her everything he knows in the mortgage and loan industry. She maintains that the most notable contribution in her career has been working with clients and helping them achieve homeownership, which is a major accomplishment for the average consumer. At age 58, her goal is to be able to retire in seven years.
