Ms. Francis participates in all aspects of the business including speaking to customers, placing orders, calling and telling customers that theirs orders are in and ready for pickup, ascertaining a type of bra that best accompanies a dress, finding a niche bra for a customer, paying bills, dealing with vendors and finding new styles and companies to bring in that no one else carries.
Nominated on several occasions for a Best of Intima Award given by North America’s only premium magazine fully dedicated to the best lingerie and swimwear, Ms. Francis attributes her success to word of mouth by her family and friends. She became involved in her profession because she wanted to help people. It puts her into instant gratification when she puts the correct fitting bra on somebody, especially when they are heavy-chested. She can tell right away that it makes them feel better because their face lights up and shows instant relief. Ms. Francis cites her most notable achievement her pride of giving personal and good customer service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
