Sean Bloom, Owner at A Complete Assembly, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in manufacturing supervision.
Since 2021, Mr. Bloom has found much success as founder and owner of A Complete Assembly, a premier manufacturer of railings, awnings and decorative metals for new residential and commercial construction projects. As a multi-franchise business owner, he has developed multiple pilot programs for corporate offices to support strong and predictable growth models and provided engineering oversight to improve vehicle design and field operations.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, magna cum laude, at the University of Central Florida in Orange County in 1999, Mr. Bloom later continued his education with a Master of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Florida International University in University Park in 2015.
With Walt Disney World, Mr. Bloom provided superior service as a mechanical engineer from 1997 to 2001 and attractions service manager from 2001 to 2002. He then excelled as a mechanical engineer in the KAPL Division of Lockheed Martin Corporation at Ballston Spa, New York from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Bloom then excelled as a shift manager and senior reactor operator with NextEra Energy, Inc. and Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant, Florida Power and Light Company in Miami from 2006 to 2021. During this time, he prospered as owner and operator of Mosquito Joe, a leading pest control service, in Three Lakes, Florida from 2015 to 2018, and later sold the company for a 1.5 times profit.
To remain aware of changes and advancements in his field, Mr. Bloom maintains affiliations with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society. His honors include the FIU Leadership Award from Florida International University, and he was ranked No. 1 in the Mechanical, Material, and Aerospace Engineering Department with the University of Central Florida.
Mr. Bloom points with pride in having become the youngest supervisor and the first field engineer hired by Walt Disney World. He was one of the fastest to be promoted when he worked for a military nuclear power. Once he got into the commercial nuclear power world, he was one of six employees that was ranked as a high potential out of a thousand employees, and he was the fastest to get promoted to shift manager. He is also a Nationally Certified high performance driving instructor and spends his weekends at the racetrack teaching students high speed car control. In the coming years, Mr. Bloom’s goal is to double A Complete Assembly’s revenue, and in 10 years to triple it.
