He attributes its success to his ability to be adaptable and learn from mistakes.
Mr. Salaices earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Argosy University in 2017. He enjoys golfing, woodworking and spending time with his family. In the coming years, Mr. Salaices wants to continue to grow his business and to reach $1 million in revenue in a single year.
