With almost two decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Rego has built a fulfilling his career in hotel and resort management, connecting and working with brands and colleagues worldwide, including Marriott International., Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, and Radisson Hospitality Inc. Since 2014, he has operated as the owner and managing partner at All Phases Renovations Inc. In addition, he has operated as a realtor with Hogan & Associates since 2013 and the owner of A1 Contracting since 2012. Mr. Rego began his career in 2004, working as the vice president of operations and development for Cay Clubs International until 2009.
Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Rego pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in hospitality administration, summa cum laude, from Johnson & Wales University. In honor of his accomplishments in the field, he has been recognized with several commendations, including Businessman of the Year Awards in 2002 and 2003 from the Chamber of Commerce in Merrimack, New Hampshire and the Founder’s Award from his alma mater. Mr. Rego is also well recognized for his history of civic advocacy, raising millions of dollars for charitable organizations. Accounting for his many accomplishments, he attributes much of his success to the many challenges he overcame during his youth. Though he hopes to continue expanding his company, Mr. Rego expects to retire in the near future, at which point he intends to write a book about his life.
