Mr. Kelly obtained a diploma from Kenwood High School in Baltimore and studied for six months at Eastern Technical High School. Focused on expanding his professional options, he earned certification as a forklift operator. He is particularly proud of his contributions as an auxiliary police officer, specifically the kindness he showed to a homeless man who credited Mr. Kelly for helping him get off the street and turn his life around. He wants to be remembered as an honest person who carries out quality craftsmanship.
