Renowned as a business entrepreneur and a restaurant innovator, Ms. Enoul has excelled as the chef, founder and owner of multiple restaurants in Virginia, Maryland and Georgia, including a French/Vietnamese sandwich shops, Lobster Banh Mi; a Vietnamese noodle soup restaurant, John Pho ‘n Bar; and Vietnam 75, her first restaurant which she has operated since 1995. A consultant in her field, she has been additionally active with Saigon Deli in Georgia. Beyond her primary responsibilities, Ms. Enoul served as a real estate investor with Castle Realty Inc. in Georgia.

Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Enoul pursued an education at George Mason University, from which she earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1992. Following this accomplishment, she obtained her certifications as a public accountant from the Virginia Board of Accountancy in 1995 and a reverend practitioner from the Wisdom of the Heart Church in 2009. She continued her formal academic efforts with a Doctor of Philosophy in metaphysical theology from the University of Metaphysical Sciences in Arcata, California in 2010. Ms. Enoul is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in political international relations at the Queen Mary University of London and a Master of Science in leadership at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Notably, Ms. Enoul’s restaurants have been featured on multiple occasions in The Atlanta-Journal Constitution. In 2020, her restaurants were recognized as the Best of Hall County, Georgia. Ms. Enoul’s work was likewise honored as the Best of Atlanta by Atlanta Magazine in 2021 and 2022.

Ms. Enoul attributes her success to her persistent learning, her patience, her passion, her confidence and an easygoing nature that pursues what makes her happy. Always valuing the opportunity to do more within her areas of expertise, she is incredibly proud to have opened Lobster Banh Mi. In the coming years, Ms. Enoul hopes to learn more about metaphysical science while focusing on utilizing her food to fulfill the body before fulfilling the mind and the soul.
