As a testament to their excellent food and service, Noot’s Thai Kitchen was recognized by TripAdvisor as the #1 Thai Cuisine in Victoria and among the Top 25 Overall Restaurants in the Texas Gulf Coat.
Mr. Munsch attributes the success of Noot’s Thai Kitchen to his perseverance, his ability to learn new skills in order to adapt to challenges and his utilization of available resources. Having been self-employed for many years prior to establishing Noot’s Thai Kitchen, he is incredibly proud to serve travelers, tourists and even locals who have moved away yet returned for their quality food. He also fondly recalls Noot’s Thai Kitchen being featured on the front page of their local newspaper for their 10th anniversary in 2021 as well as their number one rankings for the Lemongrass Shrimp Salad Dish. Looking toward the future, Mr. Munsch hopes to continue thriving in his present responsibilities with Noot’s Thai Kitchen.
