Among the many highlights of her career, she is most proud of rebuilding Blessing’s Tavern after an accidental fire, a three-year process that was additionally hampered by the residential zoning laws of the town. Looking toward the future, Ms. Altrock hopes to continue expanding the scope of her business by providing her stellar service to both new and loyal customers while planning to increase their nearby parking space, satisfy any renovation debts and eventually enter a well-deserved retirement.
