With nearly two decades of experience to her credit, Mrs. Fincham has cultivated a career of excellence as a business owner and entrepreneur. Since 2015, she has operated as a co-owner of Kettle Coffee LLC, an independent brewery located in Beloit, Kansas, specializing in producing high-quality coffee, wine and beer. Additionally, she has served as an independent advisor for AdvoCare since 2013, and she recently joined the Mitchell County Regional Medical Foundation in 2021 as a communications manager. Mrs. Fincham originally began her career in 2005, working as an advertising sales representative and column writer for The Hays Daily News until 2007.
Prior to beginning her vocational journey, Mrs. Fincham pursued a formal education at Simpson College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in corporate communication in 2004. As part of her dedication to her professional interests, she also remains affiliated with her local Chamber of Commerce, the Kansas Hospitality and Restaurant Association and the Meta Boost Leadership Network. To commemorate her accomplishments in the field, she was honored with a Business Innovation Award from the Kansas Department of Commerce in 2021 and a We Kan! Award from the Kansas Sampler Foundation in 2018. Attributing much of her success to the love and support of her family, employees and community, she is notably proud to have had her business previously featured on the front page of the Lawrence Journal-World. In the coming years, Mrs. Fincham hopes to invest in more catering endeavors for her business, and she looks forward to launching their space for hosting events.
