She subsequently earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design in 2009. To commemorate her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Martell has been honored with several accolades, including being named among the Mortgage Lending Women of Inspiration by NMP (National Mortgage Professional) in 2021. Attributing much of her success to her professional exposure and the love and support of her family, she is notably proud of her training program for new loan officers, which she has maintained since 2012.
