With nearly two decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Runge has excelled in the real estate industry since 2005. Specializing in buying and selling residential real estate, he joined American Classic Homes Real Estate in 2009 as a co-owner and designated broker. In 2018, he took on full ownership of the company, which services Renton, Washington, and its surrounding communities. As part of his dedication to his profession, Mr. Runge also remains active as the chairman of the board of the Renton Housing Authority and as a member of the Independent Brokers Association.
Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Runge pursued a formal education at the University of Washington, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary visual arts in 2004. Well-regarded for his practiced expertise, he was named as one of the Top Three Favorite Agents in Renton by the Renton Reporter and recognized for Customer Service and Business Excellence by his local Chamber of Commerce. Outside of his primary duties, he also serves his community as a civic-minded citizen, regularly donating to the Birthday Dreams nonprofit organization and acting as a board member of Arts Unlimited from 2005 to 2022. Looking to the future, Mr. Runge hopes to regrow and expand his company in terms of sustainability by establishing a new location and hiring more agents.
