Backed by more than 15 years of professional experience, Ms. DeMarco is a highly regarded entrepreneur, board-certified hearing instrument specialist and certified Tinnitus care provider. Holding an Associate of Applied Science in marketing from Spokane Community College, she went on to attain an Associate of Applied Science in hearing instrument specialist from Spokane Falls Community College. Since 2007, she has excelled as the owner of Accurate Hearing Systems, LLC, which offers full-service lab facilities, free hearing tests for patients and hearing aid fittings and repair, as well as in-house insurance services. In addition, in 2022, Ms. DeMarco spearheaded an online sewing kit business called Auntie’s Sewing Kits, which she plans to be her “retirement job.”
Finding vast success in her endeavors, Ms. DeMarco has been recognized with an International Hearing Society All-Star Award in 2020, as well as an Anchorage Chamber of Commerce Award, a Chain Award from the Anchorage Cowboys football team, a Diamond Award from the Starkey Hearing Foundation and an Angel Award. Among her career accomplishments, she is particularly proud to have been featured in the 2010 book “Alaska North to the Future (Volume IV),” an honor for which she was invited by the legislator featured in the book. In order to remain committed to her field, Ms. DeMarco maintains membership with the International Hearing Society and the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce.
