Prior to embarking on his vocational path, Mr. Humphries garnered his designation as a master electrician in 1986. He subsequently obtained various certifications from such organizations as Siemens, Levington, Hubbell, Gannon University, and the Cisco Networking Academy, among others. To continue supporting his professional ambitions, Mr. Humphries earned an associate’s degree in electrical and code technology from the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (now known as the Electrical Training Alliance) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Mr. Humphries attributes his success to his hard work, his ability to complete his projects on time, his personal touch on every project and the familial comraderie he instills among his staff. Distinguished for his honesty and his ability to build relationships with his customers, he is incredibly proud of his efforts as a father as well, citing his adult daughter as the pinnacle of his life’s achievements. Looking toward the future, Mr. Humphries hopes to set a foundation for success with CSH Electrical Contracting before gradually stepping away from his business to ensure his employees can operate it correctly before they eventually buy the business themselves.
