Chef Thomas Harvey, Owner of Harvey’s, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership as a chef and restaurateur.
Since 2022, Mr. Harvey has excelled as the owner of Harvey’s. In this role, he oversees operations, develops menus, trains staff and creates dishes. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, Harvey’s offers brunch and dinner, and on Sundays, the restaurant only serves brunch. Prior to his current position, Mr. Harvey was a corporate chef.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Harvey attended L’Academie de Cuisine and graduated with an associate degree in culinary arts in 2012. He has been recognized for his accomplishments with multiple awards and accolades, including being named Best Chef in Loudoun County. In 2022, Harvey’s was named Best New Business in the City and Best New Restaurant in the City. In the coming years, Mr. Harvey hopes to own more restaurants and work with local schools to help aspiring chefs find their way.
