With over 30 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Caracciolo has cultivated a fulfilling career as a restaurateur. Over the course of his career, he has managed and cooked for several restaurants. Since 2003, he has served as the owner of the Cateye Café in Bozeman, Montana. The family-owned business is well-regarded in the community for its unique selection of comfort foods, having been recognized by Bon Appetit, Food Network and many other publications. In his other cooking endeavors, Mr. Caracciolo was the head chef of Spanish Peaks for 10 years in Big Sky, Montana.
Outside of his primary vocational endeavors, Mr. Caracciolo also remains active in his community as a civic-minded citizen, regularly participating in the Special Olympics at the Eagle Mount Bozeman recreation center. Furthermore, he has volunteered as a cook for college game days with ESPN. To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, he was awarded for the Best Breakfast in 2011, and Dining People Awards named him in Second Place for the Top Chef in Bozeman in 2022. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Caracciolo has largely attributed his success to his passion and dedicated work ethic. In the coming years, he looks forward to retiring.
