In her leadership role, Ms. Valentoni capably oversees company all daily operations for her business, including elevating the firm’s social media presence and advancing brand recognition through diverse channels. She also holds regular tasting clinics with clients and friends; the results from these tasting sessions lead to new company products at Cioccolatier. A native of Brazil who immigrated to the United States in 2018, Ms. Valentoni devoted 29 years to the practice of oral surgery. For her committed performance in the field, she was honored with several features in magazines and appearances on various television programs. Prior to embarking on her vocational journey, she pursued a formal education in Brazil, earning a Master of Business Administration in dentistry. She subsequently attended the Goethe Dental School in Frankfurt, Germany, where she achieved a Master of Science in prosthetics and a Master of Science in oral implantology.

In addition to her academic credentials, Ms. Valentoni has accrued additional industry training in the design and development of chocolate flavors, particularly by completing courses in professional chocolate production in her home country. Furthermore, she frequents luxury stores and retailers around the world in order to discover new inspiration. As part of these endeavors, she has traveled to Italy, France, England, Belgium and Switzerland. In light of her fulfilling career, Ms. Valentoni is notably proud to have transitioned from a career in oral surgery to her current profession and a crafter of fine chocolates. Looking toward the future, she hopes to progress even further in all of her entrepreneurial venture and grow her chocolate company into an international brand.
