Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Chang pursued an education at the University of California Irvine, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in information and computer science in 2001. He concluded his studies at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in 2006, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in corporate finance and marketing. Having received multiple recognitions from local governments and U.S. Senators, A-Sha Foods USA was notably highlighted among the Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies Inc. and is working with Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti on the initiative to help promote Asian American culture. With his business journey paralleling an American immigration story, he attributes his success to the support of his parents and his outstanding mentors who have helped him to learn quickly and apply what he learned to his work. In the coming years, Mr. Chang hopes to see A-Sha Foods USA become one of the major food manufacturing players and expand its product line beyond ramen noodles.
