With years of experience to her credit, Ms. Pringle has excelled as founder and president of Pringle’s Pit Stop since 2019. Her organization is a licensed 501 (c)(3) nonprofit that specializes in homeless services for the Newark greater metro area, providing innovative services to residents without addresses as well as troubled or forgotten individuals through mobile and onsite case management, self-sustaining sessions and various trainings. The company was created for individuals to rise above the hardships of their circumstances so that they might not only get back on their feet but stay on their feet.

Ms. Pringle began her career as a teacher and typist before establishing herself as a member of the security personnel at Bridges Outreach, Inc. She performed similar duties as Macy’s of Secaucus, New Jersey. She completed the necessary licensure to serve as a Notary Public. She garnered a stellar reputation as a chaplain service information specialist at the Center of Occupational Learning School. She found further success as owner of Pringle’s Cleaning Solutions since 2022 which provides commercial cleaning services with a staff of homeless people.

Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Pringle has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She held the roles of community liaison on the Board of City of Newark Homelessness Coalition and commissioner of Newark’s Commission on Homelessness. She participates with the Health Housing and Justice Project and the World Central Kitchen.

In addition to her primary vocation, Ms. Pringle remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a member National Alliance to End Homelessness and sat on the advisory board of Monarch Housing Associates. She is a John Maxwell Certified Team Member, offering services as a coach, speaker and trainer. In light of her impressive undertakings, she has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was recognized by the community for meal delivery and for helping them with their electricity bills.

One highlight that stood out the most to Ms. Pringle is being a public servant and serving on several committees and boards. During the pandemic, she assisted 10,000 out of 16,000 individuals who became ignored during the docket for eviction or foreclosure in New Jersey. In the immediate future, she hopes to see the people she worked with become productive and self-sustaining individuals and contribute to the betterment of the community. She also hopes to grow her organizations, allowing them to reach more people and provide them with the resources they need to become better citizens and succeed in life.
