With over 10 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Sherfey has excelled as project manager at Carnation Estates since 2020 and owner of Remlinger Farms since 2019. He initiated his involvement with the same as a cashier at U-pick Fields in 2012, a bartender from 2017 to 2018, and an intern in 2019. He worked as a cashier at McDonald’s in 2014 and with Edward Jones in 2015. He found success as an administrative assistant intern at Avors Medical Group in 2016. At Willamette University, he established himself in management from 2016 to 2018.

Mr. Sherfey continued his career as a corporate finance intern at Coastal Community Bank in 2017. He was active as an intern at State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company from 2017 to 2018. He was appointed to the role of senior property manager at Meadow Creek Properties since 2017. During this time, he was recruited as a finance intern at The Retirement Solution Inc. in 2018. At Rustrum Development Inc., he held the role of president from 2018 to 2019.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Sherfey pursued an education at Willamette University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and business, minoring in communications and media, in 2018. He continued his academic efforts at the same, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in 2020. He was valedictorian of his high school class at W.F. West High School.

Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Sherfey has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He held executive and leadership roles at the Snoqualmie Valley Preservation Alliance, the SnoValley Chamber of Commerce, and Bottles for Benefit. At Williamette University, he contributed as a sports representative, campus watch, and intramural referee. He volunteered with Beyond Sports Tours, the Lewis County Food Bank, and mission trips with Centralia Community Church.

In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Sherfey has accrued several accolades throughout his career. Remlinger Farms was recognized as the Best Family Farm in Washington State by KING-TV. He was presented with the Scholar Athlete Award and the James E. Sullivan Award. In the immediate future, he has a vision of expanding Remlinger Farms into a grandeur reminiscent of the former glory of Knott’s Berry Farm.
