From 1994 to 2003, he garnered experience as a financial planner for Allmerica Financial in New York, and he also worked as an adjunct professor at Mercy College from 1994 to 1998. In addition to his primary pursuits, Mr. Pasqua has acted as the president of the Children’s Leukemia Research Association, Inc., since 1997. His daughter was diagnosed with leukemia at 4 years old. Fortunately, she beat the disease and is still alive today. He served for seven years as the chairman of the leadership board of Massachusetts for the American Lung Association of the Northeast, from 2007 to 2014.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Pasqua attended Iona College in New York, graduating with a BBA in accounting in 1964. Following his graduation, he served as a brigadier general for the New York Army National Guard, where he remained for more than 30 years. After earning a diploma from the United States Army War College, he attended Marist College in New York, graduating with an MPA in public administration in 1991. Mr. Pasqua additionally holds a certification as a Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor. He attributes his success to being very detail-oriented, as well as to his passion for helping people. He looks out for the benefits of his clients before he looks out for himself.
Mr. Pasqua has contributed to the Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem (SMOTJ) since 1996 and received a Papal Decree from Pope Francis, an honor he never believed he would achieve in his lifetime. In further recognition of his achievements, he was the recipient of a Meritorious Service Medal from the SMOTJ and has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager since 2014. Mr. Pasqua is also a member of numerous organizations, including the Knights of Columbus and the Artist Naples Philharmonic Chorus. He finds the most rewarding part of his profession to be helping people achieve their goals and objectives, and in the coming years, he plans to continue his current pursuits.
